Designed to be placed in the lounge of the restaurant, it consists of an area to be used as table to offer dishes prepared there to guests. The two models of iron, Oval and Standard, are made of straightened and polished steel, finished in 22mm thick, ensuring perfect heat distribution and obtaining different areas of temperature.
The plate is integrated into a strong steel structure designed for easy cleaning on where the tasting area is set up. It can be gas or electric.
