It is design for buffet style restaurants called Mongolian Grill, widespread across Americas and Asia, they are strongly being implemented in Europe.
The high temperature that the plate reaches allows a “high speed” cooking which retains nutrients, vitamins and flavour of meat, fish and vegetables.
To cook around it with a long metal or wooden blade, continuously rotating the food until it is just right: healthy, delicious and fast.
It is a round plate of customizable dimensions (standard diameter 1200, 1500, 1800 mm) made entirely of stainless steel.
The plate is of straightened and polished steel 22mm thick, finished in hard chrome.
The base is composed of two inverted cones with a peripheral gutter for waste collection provided with four extractable drawers. It is equipped with wheels for easy portability and location.
It is manufactured in two versions: Electric 35 kW and gas 40 kW.
