This model series are the result of adapting to new ways of cooking and eating. They incorporate roasting plates, atmospheric burners and Wok burners. The Wok burner is an exclusive burner whose main characteristic is the high temperature achieved thanks to a forced air system in spiral that allows food fast cooking.
These models are specially designed for wok-buffet restaurants, and can be combined and adapted to a bar where diners collect the dishes prepared at the time.
The burners are protected by removable internal cones of cast iron that also facilitate its cleaning through concentration of heat to achieve greater efficiency. Its ferrules made of cast iron where pans are placed are also removable.
